Courtyard
One of the most enjoyed places at The Marling is the courtyard. Here you can host anywhere any number of friends and soak up the sun. Meet up with a friend or significant other at a cozy table for two, have a couple of friends at the bar or table for three, or bring the whole squad and make use of the six person hexagonal table or large sectional sofa and chairs for groups of eight to twelve!
Whether you want to catch some fresh air, enjoy some drinks by the fire after work, or host a barbecue on the weekend, the courtyard is at your disposal.
The courtyard is a large, open space surrounded by the building, so you don’t have to feel awkward out in the open in front of the community. With the patch of grass, feel free to bring down your cornhole boards and have a tournament. We want all of our residents to feel at home in our apartment community.
