Slow Down at Stalzy’s
Stalzy’s Deli and Bakery has been “creating fantastic food steeped in tradition.” The owners do their best to buy from Wisconsin companies that grow their food in Wisconsin any chance they get. Opposed to trying to stay ahead of the rat race, Stalzy’s slows down to prepare food properly, a trait that has gone lost over time. The cooks at Stalzy’s want to make the best dish they can, each and every time. From start to finish, from ingredients to plating to presentation at the table, if there’s one thing you are going to take away from your dining experience at Stalzy’s, it’s “we take great pride in what we do.”
When Can I Support Stalzy’s?
Stalzy’s partners with square space if you were hoping to place an order online for pickup. Make your way down on Fridays from four-thirty to nine o’clock and enjoy eight-ounces of walleye! Stop by the Monona Farmer’s Market and give the Stalzy’s booth a shout on Sundays from nine in the morning to two in the afternoon. Don’t forget to make an appearance at Oktoberfest and pour one back at the Stalzy’s tent featuring live music from Midwest musicians and free corn dogs for the kiddos! If you’re seeking a genuine New York-style pastrami, you know where to go! Let your tastebuds go on a smokey, robust adventure paired with “creamy slaw and Russian dressing.”
